At the beginning of this year, Ammerlaan TGI took over part of Van Reijm’s pot plant range. In addition, the range of pot sizes has been expanded, and so there will be more than enough to see at Ammerlaan’s trade nursery stand next week at the Trade Fair in Aalsmeer.
“I want to do trade at the fair,” says sales manager Dennis Smits, “and seeing is buying and then signing, I always say. That’s why we want to show as much as possible. It is an important fair for us to meet the customer behind the customer.”
Different plants – Dracena Burley and Dracena Charley – have recently become available in pot sizes 13, 17, 19, 21, 24, and 34. Thus, the grower now supplies them from 80 cm to 1.90 meters high. Naturally, attention is also paid to the production, which has been CO2-free for years thanks to its own geothermal heat source and fully organic cultivation.
Special Guest
In collaboration with Heleen Valstar, the stand received a complete makeover this year. Finally, the grower has another surprise in store. “On Tuesday, we will have a special guest, and that will be really cool,” Dennis reveals. “We want to do something new and something that people will remember. We certainly succeeded in doing that, and we are really looking forward to it!”
