This year the Dutch breeder Dümmen Orange, showcased their rose innovations at their location on Bogota’s savannah on the farm of Flores Prisma in Colombia, from April 10 to 12.
Varieties like Sweet Memory+, Sundae+, Swan+, and Violet Hill+ were the stars of the show in a colorful display inspired by fruits and nature. The local growers enjoyed a good time while having cocktails in the middle of beautiful new roses.
The breeder also displayed many new varieties on the hot pink, cream, and orange category, matching the market’s need for a bigger and colorful rose assortment beyond the classic red and white tones. In that sense, the varieties, Rosalia+, Pearl +, Pink Ribbon+ and Garfield+ were the most requested by all visitors.
On the spray side, One Top, Love Sensation+ and Birds Nest where also everyone’s favorites.
